The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), on Tuesday said that 23 ships had arrived the Lagos Port Complex and were discharging assorted products.
It listed the items being discharged as general cargo, container, bulk wheat, bulk salt, bulk pellets, bulk fertilizer, automobile gasoline, palm searing, bulk clinker, jet fuel and frozen fish.
The authority said that 20 other ships were expected to arrive the port between June 6 and June 26.
It said that the ships were carrying frozen fish, bulk sugar, bulk wheat, bulk gypsum, general cargo, butane gas, container, bulk soya beans and bulk salt.
It indicated that three other ship had arrived the port and were waiting to berth with automobile gasoline, butane gas and petrol.
