The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has informed tertiary institutions across Nigeria that they can now admit candidates who are 15 years old, provided they turn 16 by August 2025.
This update comes as a modification to the earlier directive issued during JAMB’s policy meeting, which set 16 years as the minimum age for the 2024/2025 academic session.
