Mr Golda Ukomadu, Assistant General Manager, Corporate Communications, OGFZA, said on Thursday in Abuja in a statement that substituting import with export demonstrated that LOGFZ was operating in line with President Bola Tinubu’s economic agenda.

Jada spoke during his maiden visit and familiarisation tour of the zones which coincidentally commemorated the 3rd anniversary of the zone.

“The activities of Liberty Oil and Gas Free Zone are in line with President Tinubu’s ambitious agenda of substituting import with export,” Jada said.

Jada, however, assured the investors of the authority’s commitment to providing a conducive business environment for free zone enterprises as well as provide supporting of the supervisory Minister, Dr Doris Uzoka-Anite, to ensure the success of the nation’s Oil and Gas Free Zones.

Speaking at a meeting, the Managing Director of Sterling Petrochemical and Fertilisers under LOGFZ, Nittin Shah, emphasised the global viability of gas in various forms and the economic gains that would accrue to the zone and Nigeria at large.
